farm products & reservations

our services primarily include offering farm products such as beef and pork shares, as well as related farm-fresh items, subject to seasonal availability. reservations for bulk meat (for example, quarter, half, or whole animals) may require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward your final balance at processing.

pricing, weights, and processing

pricing may be based on hanging weight or cut-and-wrapped weight, depending on the arrangement, and will be clearly explained at the time of reservation. final weights and total costs can vary due to processing outcomes, requested cuts, and trim or bone weight. processing is typically completed by a trusted local processor, and you may be responsible for paying their processing fees directly, unless otherwise stated.

payments & pickup

payment terms, including due dates for balances, will be communicated at the time of reservation or ordering. failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit. you are responsible for picking up your order (either from the processor or from a designated pickup location) within the agreed-upon time frame. failure to pick up may result in additional storage fees or cancellation of the order.

our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by A. Webb Farm, L.L.C. (for example, processors, partner organizations, or social media pages).

A. Webb Farm, L.L.C. assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

termination

we may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, including in cases of non-payment or violation of this agreement.

if you wish to stop using the services, you may do so at any time, subject to any order- or reservation-specific terms communicated to you (for example, non-refundable deposits or cancellation cut-off dates from the processor).

all provisions of the agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

disclaimer of warranties

our services are provided "as is" and "as available". A. Webb Farm, L.L.C. and its suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. neither A. Webb Farm, L.L.C. nor its suppliers make any warranty that the services will be error-free or that access will be continuous or uninterrupted. availability of specific cuts, weights, or processing dates is not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our direct control.

jurisdiction and applicable law

except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, this agreement and any access to or use of our services will be governed by the laws of the state of missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. the proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement will be the state and federal courts located in missouri.

changes

A. Webb Farm, L.L.C. reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. if we make material changes, we may provide a notice by updating the date of this page or through other reasonable means. your continued use of our services after any changes become effective will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
